This is a great opportunity for someone with teller or banking experience who wants to grow their career in financial services while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Open and maintain member accounts (Checking, Savings, CDs, IRAs, and more)
Help members with account questions, online banking, mobile banking, and bill pay
Recommend products, services, and loan solutions that meet members' needs
Assist members in person, by phone, email, and written correspondence
Answer incoming calls when not assisting members in the branch
Support teller operations as needed during breaks, vacations, or absences
1+ year of teller experience in a retail banking environment preferred
Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service
Comfortable discussing and recommending financial products and services
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
High School Diploma or equivalent
Branch Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
Team members typically arrive around 8:00 AM to prepare for opening and stay briefly after closing for balancing and end-of-day activities.
Competitive hourly pay: $22-$25/hour
